Tekuće održavanje ne postoji kao termin u profesionalnom rečniku. Ipak, tekuće održavanje bi moglo da se prevede kao operativno održavanje, za šta se koriste operativni troškovi, odnosno OPEX (Operative Expenses).

Ne. Održavanje je samo jedan deo Facility Managementa. FM je grana u industriji koja se bavi upravljanjem objekta, gde spadaju i održavanje i upravljanje, ali i sertifikacija, planiranje, ulaganje, izdavanje i svi operativni poslovi vezani za Facility Management
